How to Return an Item

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges
For exchanges:
Initiate your request via email with the required details.
Once approved, place a new order.
Send the original item back to us using a tracked delivery service.
Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item, we will process a refund for the original item cost (excluding shipping charges).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
Contact us via email with details of the issue and proof (images/videos).
Once verified, we will:
Issue a replacement or
Provide a voucher for the item value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Conditions & Exceptions
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for:
Worn or used lingerie and nightwear.
Items without original packaging or tags.
Personalized or custom-sized items.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued for the product value only and do not include the original shipping costs unless:
The item is faulty or misdescribed.
Delivery was delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Cancellations
