We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Faulty Items:

• If you receive a faulty item, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
• UK customers: We provide a Freepost address for faulty returns. Please reach out to us for the address.
• If the item is not faulty and the Freepost service is used, a small charge of £3.50 + VAT will apply to cover the return postage.

Non-Faulty Returns:

• For non-faulty items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in unworn, unused condition with tags still attached.
• To start a return, please contact us, and we will provide instructions.

International Returns:

• For customers outside the UK, return postage is at your expense.

Cleaning Items Before Returning

For hygiene reasons, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning. Returns of dirty items will not be processed, and a return shipping fee will apply to send the item back to you.

Warranty

• We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products.
• If the product develops a fault within 3 months, we’ll provide a refund or exchange. After 3 months, we will only offer an exchange.

Damaged or Discrepant Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 36 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.

Unacceptable Returns

• If an item is returned outside our policy guidelines, we will hold it for 30 days. If we don’t hear from you after this period, the item will be disposed of and no refund will be given.

Return Policy in Detail:

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & original packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
